Want more on how to pivot?
To learn about the 3 pillars, download the worksheet using this link. And be sure to review and fill it out for your business. Once you have determined your pillars and tasks, then do a time audit. A time audit is writing down how you are spending your time.
Once you have done a week of time auditing, take a look at which items you are focusing on in each pillar. Are there tasks which you are avoiding? For more on scheduling success, check out this blog post.
How balanced are the 3 pillars? Which activities are in each pillar? Are there tasks in each pillar? This is a great way to see where you business could grow; especially by identifying activities being avoiding… ultimately outsourcing those activities.
